2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information regarding furnished apartments offered for rent in the Villa Ter Meeren project and allows interested parties to request information or a property viewing.

The website is informational in nature and does not constitute an online booking or rental platform.

3. No rental agreement concluded online

No rental agreement is concluded merely by visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting a viewing, contacting the Owner or receiving a response.

A Book a Viewing submission constitutes only a request for contact or an appointment.

Any rental agreement is subject to separate discussions, availability, agreement between the parties and the execution of separate contractual documentation.

4. Minimum rental period

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in separate contractual documentation, the apartments are intended for rental periods of at least six months.

Information on the website does not constitute an unconditional offer to rent any particular apartment.

5. Availability

Apartment availability is not displayed in real time on the website.

The presence of an apartment, description or photograph on the website does not guarantee that the relevant apartment is available at the time of an enquiry.

Availability must be confirmed directly with the Owner.

6. Property information

The Owner aims to present accurate and useful information. Nevertheless, property information may evolve.

This includes, without limitation:

• dimensions and floor areas;
• layouts;
• photographs;
• furnishings;
• equipment;
• amenities;
• services;
• finishes;
• descriptions;
• availability;
• surrounding-area information.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes and may be amended, updated or corrected.

Prospective tenants should verify information that is material to their decision before entering into a rental agreement.

7. Images and visual representations

Photographs, plans, maps, visualisations and other visual materials are intended to provide an impression of the property and its surroundings.

Actual conditions, furniture, finishes, layouts, views or other characteristics may differ or change over time.

8. Book a Viewing

Submitting a viewing request:

• does not reserve an apartment;
• does not guarantee availability;
• does not create a tenancy;
• does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement;
• does not constitute acceptance of an offer.

The Owner may contact the requester to discuss the enquiry or arrange an appointment.

9. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all elements of the website, including its structure, design, visual identity, Villa Ter Meeren name and logo, texts, photographs, graphics, maps, layouts, illustrations and other content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to the Owner and/or are used by it with the necessary rights.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used beyond normal personal website consultation without prior authorisation from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by mandatory law.

10. Permitted use

Users may consult the website for legitimate personal or professional purposes related to the Villa Ter Meeren project.

Users must not deliberately interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape content unlawfully or use the website in a manner that infringes applicable law or third-party rights.
